CCNP Wireless Notes

This section is about my journey through the Cisco CCNP Wireless certification.

As today, the 4 required exams to obtain the CCNP Wireless are:

300-360 WIDESIGN
300-365 WIDEPLOY
300-370 WITSHOOT
300-375 WISECURE

As today, Cisco hasn't provided any study guides so I wanted to bring my two cents to all the people looking into the CCNP wireless track and provide them with some feedback about my preparation for the exams.

I decided to start with the 300-365 WIDEPLOY. Please follow this link to get to the article. (Feb 23rd 2017 the article is still in a draft version and has to be reviewed and approved by Cisco before I can publish it)

Second exam picked : 300-375 WISECURE. (Will start my preparation in March 2017)

Third pick : 300-370 WITSHOOT (Will not start till I pass 300-375)

Last exam will be my "desert" one : 300-360 WIDESIGN (I am keeping it for the end since it will be the easiest regarding my experience in the field.)

    Congratulations for your certification ... I am starting to prepare the WIDEPLOY and I have read your blog and it seems like a fantastic job

    I'm looking for the official Cisco guide in PDF format to start studying but I can not find it anywhere ...

    You used it? you have it? Could you tell me the exact study material you have?

    Hi, I would like to have your input about the CCNP wireless exams, because I need to do one of these before Cisco retires them in February 2020.
    I already passed the 300-360 (WIDESIGN) back in 2017, and I need to do another CCNP level exam before 2020 in order to renew my current certifications (CCNP R&S and CCDP).
    Which one of the three CCNP wireless exam do you think would be the easiest one to do (less studying). WIDEPLOY, WISECURE or WITSHOOT?

    I just cleared my WIDEPLOY
    and I recommend WIDESIGN right after this exam as Topics kind of overlap between both exams

    You can use old Cisco books for WIDEPLOY which is 642-742 IUWVN
    and also 642-732 CUWSS for WIDESIGN
